Esku artean daukazun lan honek, bere izenburuak dioen bezala, udal mailako justiziaren nondik norakoak aztertzea du helburu. Asmo horrekin, haren historia jorratu ondoren, egun bake-epaileek zerbitzatzen duten justizia espainiar ordenamendu juridikoan nola arautzen den azaltzen da luze eta zabal. Horren harira, bake-justiziaren antolaketa eta langileria, bake-epaileen estatutua eta bake-epaitegien funtzioak lantzen dira besteak beste. Erregulazio honen azalpen objektiboa bakarrik aurkezteari uko eginez, azken urteetan bake-justiziaren inguruan sortu den eztabaidari -beharrezkoa ote? mantendu egin behar da hala desagerrarazi?-; argi apur bat egiteko ahalegina egiten da lana biribilduz.Hori dela-eta, zuzenbidearen inguruko edonorentzat (ikasleak, abokatuak...) interesgarri gerta badaiteke ere, liburu hau, bereziki, bake-epaitegietan aritzen diren epaile eta bestelako langileei zuzenduta dago. Haiei, lehen aldiz, euskaraz lan oso, sistematiko eta kritiko bat eskaintzen zaie. |
